I will send you Elijah the prophet

By: Z'kharYah Yisra'El

Malachi 4

1: For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith
Yahweh of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

2: But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

3: And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith Yahweh of hosts.

4: Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.

5: Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of
Yahweh:

6: And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.

In verse 5 of Malachi says that Elijah will be sent by Yahweh BEFORE his great and dreadful day, and in verse 6 says that Elijah
shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest Yahweh come and smite the earth with a curse. Yahweh says that if Elijah don't correct the situation between the fathers and the children that he will curse the earth. Now, common sense will tell you that if Elijah accomplish his mission that the earth won't be cursed by Yah. Ok, now, let's see how the new testament trys to make John the Baptist be Elijah.

Luke 1

13: But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.

14
: And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth.

15
: For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb.

16
: And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God.

17
: And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.

Ok, you see right here in verse 17 says that John the Baptist will come in the SPIRIT
and POWER of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children. First of all, in verse 5 of Malachi Yahweh said he's going to send Elijah himself, not some one else in the spirit and power of Elijah. That's the first trick that the new testament trys to use to mislead you with. Now, let's take a look at Matthew 17 verses 10-13 to see how even Christ trys to mislead you with this.

Matthew 17

10: And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come?

Ok, you see, right here, the disciples are familiar with Malachi Chapter 4 and they questioned Christ about this.

11: And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things.

Christ says, you're right,
and said unto them, "Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things."  Now, Christ had to come with an answer for them right away, because he was probably surprise that they even brought it up. The next verse show how Christ alluded to Luke 1 verses 13-17.

12: But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them.

13: Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist.

You see,
the disciples understood that Christ was talking about John the Baptist, but what does John the Baptist have to say about all this?

John 1

19: And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou?

Now, the Jews wanted to find out who John the baptist was, so they
sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who are you?

20: And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ.

Here, John the Baptist
confessed, and denied not; but confessed, "I am not the Christ". So, we know he's not Christ.

21: And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No.

When they ask him, "are you Elias"? John the Baptist said, "I AM NOT",
When they ask him, "are you that prophet"? he said NO! Plus, he never even said, but I did come in the spirit and power of Elijah. Why didn't John say that he was born to do what Yahweh said that he was going to send Elijah to do? I'll tell you why; because John had no idea that he was suppose to represent Elijah in any kind of way what-so-ever! That's why! And, if John came in the spirit and power of Elijah, well, I guess the earth will be struck with a curse, because John the Baptist is dead and he did NOT turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers. Come on people, study these books and stop just believing in things you don't understand. The new testament is a bogus book and was design to take you away from the only true book, the Holy Scriptures, the so-called Old Testament, and the Laws of the Most High.
